These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeLiveBoost, a service operated by SER AVIGNON CARITA (SIREN 100206788 RCS Bordeaux), 2 allees des cordiers, 33260 La Teste de Buch, France ("Company", "we", "us"). By installing the extension or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

LeLiveBoost is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Whatnot, Inc. Whatnot is a registered trademark of Whatnot, Inc.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use paid features. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at c@leliveboost.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create accounts using false identities or for the purpose of circumventing suspensions.
The free plan is provided at no charge with limited features (1 Pro Live session per week, basic size detection, 7-day history). We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Expert) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
Where a free trial is offered, it provides full access to the specified plan for the trial period. No charge is made during the trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription converts to the paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.
We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing c@leliveboost.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase qualify for a prorated refund for unused months. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans. Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months.

LeLiveBoost operates as an overlay on the Whatnot platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of LeLiveBoost complies with Whatnot's own terms of service. We make no warranty that LeLiveBoost will remain compatible with Whatnot if Whatnot makes changes to its platform. We are not liable for any action taken by Whatnot against your account.
All software, design, trademarks, and content of LeLiveBoost are owned by SER AVIGNON CARITA or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all content you create: your buyer notes, campaign templates, and exported data belong to you. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
We make no guarantees about the results you will achieve using LeLiveBoost. Sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SER AVIGNON CARITA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 euros, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or us. We will give you reasonable notice before termination unless the breach is severe or we are required to act immediately for legal or security reasons.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then deleted, except where retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the new Terms, you must cancel your subscription before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
