SER AVIGNON CARITA ("we", "us", "our") operates the LeLiveBoost Chrome extension and the leliveboost.com website. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the GDPR.

2. Chrome Extension: What We Collect

Free tier

In the free tier, the LeLiveBoost extension reads chat messages on Whatnot solely to detect size requests (e.g., "W32", "size M"). This processing is entirely local inside your browser. No chat data, no usernames, and no personal information from Whatnot chat is transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Paid tiers

When you subscribe to a paid plan, the extension may sync queue data, buyer profiles, and analytics with our servers to enable cross-device access and post-stream reports. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored on infrastructure hosted by Cloudflare within the EU where possible.

We do not read, store, or process any Whatnot chat data for purposes other than size detection and the features you explicitly enable.

3. Website: What We Collect

Waitlist signup

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. We use it solely to notify you when LeLiveBoost launches or to send product updates you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Account data (paid tiers)

For paid accounts, we collect: email address, billing information (processed by Stripe, we do not store card numbers), and usage data necessary to deliver the service (e.g., live session counts, DM quotas).

Technical data

Like all websites, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) automatically receives your IP address and standard HTTP headers when you load our pages. This is used for security, DDoS protection, and performance, not for tracking.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies in the current version of LeLiveBoost. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

Session cookies: Required for account login and maintaining your session.
Google Fonts: Our pages load Inter font from Google Fonts CDN. Google may set a short-lived cookie or receive your IP when serving the font file. You can self-host the font if you prefer, but no opt-out mechanism exists for this CDN request on our end.

We will update this section before adding any analytics or marketing tools.

5. How We Use Your Data

To deliver the LeLiveBoost service you subscribed to.
To send transactional emails (account creation, password reset, billing receipts).
To notify waitlist members of product launch and updates.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, ever.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver the paid service you subscribed to (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Consent: Waitlist email collection and optional marketing communications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Legitimate interest: Security logging and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Legal obligation: Billing records and tax compliance (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

7. Data Retention

Waitlist emails: Retained until service launch or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
Extension data (free tier): Stored locally in your browser only. Cleared when you uninstall the extension or clear browser storage.
Account data (paid tiers): Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation to allow data export, then deleted.
Billing records: Retained for 10 years as required by French tax law.

8. Third-Party Services

Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA): Hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare processes network-level data under their privacy policy and standard contractual clauses for EU data transfers.
Stripe, Inc. (future, for paid subscriptions): Payment processing. Stripe is the data controller for your payment card details. We never receive or store full card numbers.
Google LLC: Google Fonts CDN used for the Inter typeface. No tracking or advertising data is sent.

9. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to data portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Right to restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by GDPR.

11. International Transfers

Our primary infrastructure is EU-based. Where data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g., via Cloudflare's global network), appropriate safeguards apply including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

12. Children

LeLiveBoost is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us at c@leliveboost.com and we will delete it promptly.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email (if you have an account) and by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
